We're pleased to announce that we're celebrating our 95th Anniversary in 2012! We wanted to thank you for continuing to choose our agency with the rich tradition of care and compassion within the community.
Since 1917, Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown and Vicinity is the agency Montgomery County has trusted for home health care and hospice needs. The level of care has become much more sophisticated…the number of nurses has grown so dramatically…the means of travel has definitely improved…but we are still curing illnesses, calming fears, and providing comfort throughout Montgomery and surrounding counties.
Now offering the most highly technical care in the area, VNA of Pottstown and Vicinity is the one to call on when you or your loved ones need home health care and hospice services. VNAP is committed to our mission: to identify and provide access to home and community-based health care related services with a focus on helping individuals achieve a level of physical and emotional well-being and independence in their home of choice. Within the financial constraints of our organization, we will provide care to patients without regard for their ability to pay.
